Hard Rock International has partnered with U2 frontman Bono to release a new T-shirt in their Signature Series, available for purchase online and at Rock Shops at Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels and Casinos. Bono's shirt, the 25th piece in their collection, will be made by EDUN, a company he and his wife started in 2005 that prints on 100 percent African cotton and features an image created by the humanitarian—a fish soaring through the moon and stars, with "fish can fly" and his signature.
Proceeds will benefit Wildlife Conservation Society's Conservation Cotton Initiative, which helps provides education on proper land management, organic cotton growing techniques and wildlife conservation to African farmers. Past projects have worked with Sting, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Green Day, Ozzy Osbourne and Shakira, helping to raise money for charities such as Crossroads Centre Antigua, World Hunger Year and Amnesty International.
